CNC Milling / Manufacturing
Our highly productive 3 axis machining cells consist of 13 Doosan DNM vertical milling machines, with a maximum table capacity of 2,200mm x 670mm.
We have 5 Hermle five-axis machining centres with a maximum table capacity of 850mm x 700 mm and a collision circle of 885mm.
Our turning cell at BPE perfectly complements our milling arrangement with both heavy duty, and fast, accurate CNC lathes from Colchester and Doosan.
Machine Prototyping
We provide all aspects of prototyping and 3D modelling and can work with you to turn your concept into a reality.
We have helped to create everything from small, simple components up to large, complex medical and food industry machines, working with our customers at all stages of the process to ensure design briefs meet with manufacturing constraints.
3D printing capability that allows us to rapidly and cost effectively produce sample parts to check for assembly issues before manufacturing final components.
Assembly Manufacture
BPE have significant experience in developing and building machines, machine tooling, and sub-assemblies.
We develop a close relationship with our customers, allowing us to provide design support and constructive feedback to quickly implement changes in these scenarios. Every complex machine build comes with full inspection of components before delivery.
Assistance can also be give to customers by providing assembly and testing facilities in house. Delivering complete machines or sub-assemblies can help to streamline the manufacturing process.
