First Article Inspection (FAI) reports are produced to assess production quality against the part drawings and specifications mapped out in the production design. Products must be error-free before manufacturing can progress.
CMM Reports are produced using our Hexagon Global 9-20-8, which gives us the ability to accurately measure and verify geometrical tolerance and dimensions and validate our internal manufacturing processes with ease.
Certificates of Conformity guarantee that products meet the required regulatory, technical and safety requirements.
We operate strict and documented control procedures to segregate and securely store materials. This is particularly important for all aerospace material as we strive to meet and exceed the high standards required from aeronautical component manufacturers.
